Materialist and collectivist struggles for climate justice: Eco-socialism, Marxist feminism and critique of authoritarianism establishing a united platform
As a part of the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Southeast Europe project, in 2021 ISSHS implemented the “Materialist and collectivist struggles for climate justice: Eco-socialism, Marxist feminism and critique of authoritarianism establishing a united platform.” The purpose of the project was to strengthen the local and regional Marxist feminism as well as countering the authoritarian tendencies through united platform, tackling the climate crisis. The project activities included Summer School of Politics and Critique 2021 “Climate justice in an age of unbridled capitalism” and two workshops “How serious is the climate crisis and what we should do about it?” and “Why is climate crisis a feminist issue”? during the fall of 2021.
