Left-Wing Solutions for Ongoing Municipal and Urban Problems

In 2019, the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities – Skopje implemented the project “Left-Wing Solutions for Ongoing Municipal and Urban Problems.” The project aim was to address an open and recurring theme: how to offer practical solutions to living in a better environment by influencing local governments and their decision-making processes and policies. It also addressed the issue of making the local municipal reality and environment better without having to succumb to administrative and bureaucratic negligence. As part of the project, a 3-day summer school was organized in Skopje from 11th to 13th September, 2019. The school “Municipalist organization and leftist environmental solutions” brought over 30 participants from all over the country.
