Delivering digital services designed for the citizens

On September 2, 2021, ISSHS and Metamorphosis Foundation co-hosted the panel discussion “Delivering digital services designed for the citizens” with the support of Friedrich Neumann Foundation. The event was organized in a hybrid version. The aim of the discussion was to gather experts from the civil society and the government to debate on the possibilities for real digitalization of the services provided by the public administration at the central and local levels. The discussion was divided into two parts with 8 speakers, including the Deputy Minister for Local Government and Prime Minister’s Coordinator for Digitalization.
