Supra-party alliances

ISSHS with the support of National Endowment for Democracy, Civica Mobilitas and FNF Foundation, aims to de-capture and digitalize the administration. In March, 2021, the Institute sent a declaration to all of the 120 MPs in the Parliament to sign a supra-party alliance for democratic and digital administration with a positive response from the President of the Parliament, Talat Xhaferi. Shortly after this, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev noted that one of the upcoming government’s priorities was an improved and digitalized administration.
