Institute of Advanced Study: The Graduate School in Critical Theory & the Humanities

The Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities – Skopje established a partnership with the new Institute of Advanced Study: The Graduate School in Critical Theory & the Humanities. In august 2013, a group of leading professors and authors in critical theory and humanities announced the establishment of The Institute of Advanced Study: The Graduate School in Critical Theory & the Humanities. The Institute will be offering master and doctoral courses and seminars through the year and it represents a global gathering of engaged teachers and students. The vision f the Institute is to offer an independent and non-corporate venue for development of critical theory as a political act of the pedagogy. Some of the professors that have already joined the new Institute are: Slavoj Zizek, Alain Badiou, Simon Critchley, François Laruelle, Katerina Kolozova, Clayton Crockett, Antonio Negri, Gianni Vattimo, Rosi Braidotti Santiago Zabala Bracha L. Ettinger, G. Vattimo, Jeff Robbins, and others.
